Was at the Boney/Pony bar on Little Collins St, just an assessment 'gig' for uni. Was pretty fun! Teensy stage though, didn't find that out until I got there. So there's me with a wireless for no reason ;p
Haha good stuff man. How long was the gig?
I think I walked down Little Collins. Was in Melbourne for a week just a little while ago, and was staying on Bourke St. Heck it's a big place.

Oh yea, very big place, heh, quite a challenge to walk around without some looking up first!

It wasn't a long gig, we were lumped in with other year levels and even then, there weren't many of us (a lot of dropouts around the diploma/associate's degree level); we each played two sets? One for covers, one for original written songs. All up, probably forty minutes on stage?

Who doesn't love TATs? Have some TAT-IIs courtesy of Jona (things went well in the end, gotta love timing problems ;p), namely a Red Sunset from '96 and a Crimson; both are a little beat up but that's nothing some new strings and such can't cure. Hopefully my shite photography makes these look anywhere near as good as they do in person.
Oh man, that Crimson is gorgeous!!

So, this is my forst post here. Yet another Melbourne Caparison lover here. There seems to be a few of us

I'll post pics of my Horus when I get home. Love, Lovem, LOVE these things!!
Looking for my second one currently

    Finally

Here are a few happy snaps of my pride and joy; 2012 Horus Black Nigh.

    With the backline:

    Close up of the finish.

....and of course, a shot of the guitars first outing in August. I played Warrants' Cherry Pie for my wife at our wedding leading into the Garter toss. She didn't know I had this planned. She loved it haha! (Mind the phone cam photo)

For now this is my only Caparison.
The rest of the crew consist of a close second pride and joy; a Schecter C1 30th Anniversary Edition, Jackson DK2M and a Jackson PS3.
I also have an Ibanez accoustic, Schecter bass (forget the model), a Greg Bennett beater that I take to work for lunch time practice and my first guitar, a Strat copy that's in peices for the neverending "I'll make it better one day".

How long would photos usually take to be approved for uploading to this thread?

I tried posting some on the weekend. Thinking maybe I should give it another go?

Just be patient mate. Once you've been approved once then you're fine, just gotta hang out for one of the mods to come online, shouldn't be too long!

Can't you just upload them to a place like imgur and then link to the pictures?
