I wouldn't word it that simple. The models were designed by Jackson Charvel and made to their specifications at the Chushin Gakki plant while Kanno was working there. But his magic undoubtedly played a role.

Thank you very much for the info. I was looking for a mid-range superstrat to use live instead of my Iris Violet (since I am too worried about hitting it on stage) and suddenly came across one of these. I was actually surfing -again- your web site to check if it was one of the "pro" pros or one of the "std" pros and found it is the one I linked. Looks like it is a fine instrument, so I'll probably go for it.
