This Delli is a beaut. So clean and simple yet I'll bet it plays fierce! Congrats on the purchase.

What EMG's are you putting in there? Which DiMarzio pup is that in the bridge?

If I may make a suggestion, consider Bare Knuckle Black Hawks before you settle on EMGs. I installed one in the bridge position of my Jackson Soloist and did a direct comparison with my Jackson DK-1 that's equipped with EMGs. While the EMGs are good pickups, they don't hold a candle to the Black Hawks.

I've always wanted to try bareknuckles but the thing is I know I'll be happy with EMGs and I can't really afford to try too many pickups as this caparison (and the 2nd one I may or may not be getting soon) will be putting me into the poor house. Another thing with Bare knuckles is I'd want to try each one and that's just impossible :P

First impressions: very thrown off by the neck profile... never played a neck like that before. Also this guitar is really light! I can't wait to hear it with EMGs. I do enjoy passive pups in my PRS (most likely because my PRS is still chunky and weighs a ton) but with this guy it's so light that I feel the EMG's will really help beef it up in the low end and what not (especially since I'm going with an 85 for the bridge)

The 11-49's I'm used to playing feel bigger on this guitar too. Btw his name is BBC.
