NGD, some Red Sunset goodness up in this place

So after much patient waiting and searching I now have another Caparison to add to the collection. My first TAT and it's a doozy.



1996 TAT II in Red Sunset that just feels perfect in my hands. It's the most resonant guitar I own now. When strummed unplugged it just rings and I can feel it across the whole body. Plus that neck is just perfect for me. Nice and meaty. The pickups have been replaced with some would by Reuben's Guitar Repairs which sound great. Nice and clear and not hot which is how j prefer them. The neck is pure jazz and the bridge that Classic PAF chime. The block on the trem was replaced by a big brass block which is awesome.



So it joins my little collection and hopefully will be joined by another Caparison soon.

Well the serial is 010448 which has been mentioned before on the B Music forum in the dating thread so if that's your serial then this was your guitar at some point.

I know the pain of trying to find one, it took 3 years to find a suitable TAT, even longer than the 2 years to find my Angelus.

Haha well this guitar is a bicycle then, everyone's having a ride.

Yeah it's a brilliant guitar and feels very right in every way for me. I don't think this one will be leaving my collection at any point.
