Caparison Dellinger II SE Oiled Mahogany - dive only?

I've just picked up this guitar and it's a beauty, really enjoying the neck and it's super comfortable to play. It's got a few dings on it, but it adds to the character and I think the finish looks like it will wear well. The Schaller floyd also feels pretty good but it's currently set to dive only? is this standard or has it been modified?

The Schaller will have been modified, the original setup has it free floating.
