    No it was only for practicing your picking hand, not fretting hand. And was literally about 4"x6".

    another one we did when I was studying classical guitar was to make the Vulcan "live long and prosper" sign...then switch to the two inside fingers together and the outside fingers spread apart...alternate back and forth...really good for building coordination in the fingers.

    about budds method, super easy on the right hand and my pinky is killing me on the left (probly cuz it was broken). i suppose i just have good coordination as i used to play the piano :S
